By accessing or using the CTRLX application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

Use of the App

CTRLX is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to control infrared-enabled devices using your smartphone's built-in IR blaster.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the app.

Restrictions

You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the application
• Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse-engineer the application
• Use the application for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its related systems
• Use the application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning
• Use the application to control devices you do not own or have authorization to control

Intellectual Property

The CTRLX application, including its name, logo, code, design, and content, is owned by APM Technology & Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our intellectual property except as expressly provided herein.

Privacy

Your use of CTRLX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

CTRLX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Results obtained from the use of the app will be accurate or reliable
• All device brands and models will be supported
• The app will be compatible with all IR blaster hardware

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APM Technology & Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CTRLX.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the application or via email.

Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CTRLX at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the app.

You may also terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CTRLX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
